Through qualified processes, employees and technology as well as a verified transport process, we ensure our GDP compliance and achieve process optimization, risk minimization and continuous improvement. Our elaborated action and decision templates as well as qualified, efficient procedures in the event of a malfunction are extremely efficient. This represents a significant contribution to the permanent maintenance of product and process quality.

Our quality policy is not only based on our own standards, but also on the requirements of our customers. As part of a holistic cold chain solution, we ensure strict compliance with the following legal requirements:

• the German Medicines Act (AMG)
• of the Drug and Active Ingredient Manufacturing Ordinance (AMWHV)
• the GDP Guideline on Good Distribution Practice for Medicinal Products for Human Use
• the GDP Guideline on the principles of good distribution practice for active substances in medicinal products for human use

Our quality management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and GDP. Furthermore, we regularly complete the SQAS assessment of Cefic. Our Quality Management Officer (QMO) guarantees the continuous assurance of quality and documentation to guarantee all requirements.
